Return Conditions:
Non-returnable items:
- Underwear, socks, shapewear, lingerie, or other intimate items for hygiene reasons.
Return period:
All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

- A description of the issue or reason for the return
- Photos, if applicable (for example, damaged sale items)
We will respond with further instructions within 2–3 business days.
Order cancellation:
Due to our automated processing system, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please ensure all information is correct before completing your purchase.
Return shipping costs:
Harriet and Cole | Sydney does not cover return shipping costs. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
Return label requirement:
All returned orders must include a return label. Returns without a return label may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
